These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InboundIQ call intake service ("Service") operated by InboundIQ LLC ("InboundIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By interacting with our Service, you agree to these Terms.
InboundIQ provides an AI-powered inbound call intake platform that answers calls on behalf of self-storage facilities, qualifies leads, and sends SMS communications to callers who request tour scheduling information.
By providing your phone number during a call and consenting to receive a text message, you agree to receive a one-time SMS from InboundIQ containing a tour scheduling link on behalf of the facility you contacted. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Your verbal consent during a call constitutes agreement to receive SMS communications as described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
You agree not to misuse our Service, provide false information, or attempt to interfere with the operation of our platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InboundIQ does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboundIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
